HABITAT This project will fuse civilization and nature to create a truly unique and dynamic community within Costa Rica’s lush tropical rainforest.

Habita, originally known to the locals as Piedra Bruja (“Witches Rock”), displays a variable topography, dense vegetation, spectacular views, river basins and rivers, all within a quick five minute drive of Costa Rica’s largest and most dynamic beach town, Jaco Beach. This project will fuse civilization and nature to create a truly unique and dynamic community within Costa Rica’s lush tropical rainforest.

Habita, located just five minutes from the center of Jaco Beach and ten minutes from the Los Suenos Marina and Golf Resort and its neighboring St. Regis Resort development, has the potential to become the Jaco area’s first true natural-community. This booming area has rapidly become Costa Rica’s biggest beach town with considerable development, both residential and commercial, continuing to shape Jaco Beach and its surrounding areas.
